Responsibilities Contribute to and execute strategic vision for infrastructure and cloud platforms Collaborate with senior leadership to align technology initiatives with business goals Design and architect scalable, secure, and resilient cloud and on‑premises environments Lead high‑performing infrastructure and cloud team using agile methodologies Establish performance benchmarks, monitor system health, and manage incident resolution Own and manage project backlogs, facilitate sprint planning and agile ceremonies Recruit, mentor, and develop team members while fostering continuous learning culture Ensure all environments comply with organisational security policies and regulatory requirements Implement and maintain security controls, conduct regular audits Address risks identified through penetration tests and vulnerability management Collaborate closely with cybersecurity teams Manage budgets, forecasting, and cost optimisation initiatives Oversee vendor contracts and stakeholder relationships Drive cost‑effective resource utilisation and negotiate service agreements Track expenses and implement tools to monitor and reduce unnecessary expenditure Drive innovation and process optimisation across all infrastructure services Assess performance metrics and implement best practices Lead initiatives that streamline operations and improve user satisfaction About You You're a seasoned IT professional with a passion for infrastructure excellence and team leadership.
