Perfect You'll use it to reach customers across the region, delivering a friendly, knowledgeable service and linking them to what truly matters. You'll also help expand our business by encouraging referrals and earn a £50 bonus for every new customer As a Field Technician Apprentice, you'll have opportunities to work on and with the very latest technology, such as our superfast broadband, dazzling TV and entertainment services. Responsibilities By the end of the apprenticeship scheme, you will have mastered the ins and outs of installing and fixing our phone, TV and broadband products, including: Adjusting signal levels and connections Configuring our advanced equipment Working at heights to install and update equipment on poles Working outdoors in all weather conditions – comfortable with physical, hands‑on work in changing environments Requirements Full UK driving licence that entitles you to drive our vans Comfortable with tasks involving elevated heights Living in close proximity to your designated areas to minimise travel Tech‑savvy, problem‑solving mindset and embodiment of our brand values Right to work in the UK What is involved with studying for an apprenticeship? This apprenticeship gives you the opportunity to become skilled in your role, combining on‑the‑job learning and academic study, where you'll spend approximately 20% of your working hours completing learning with one of our training providers. The programme is fully funded by us, and we'll support you from day one. Benefits This apprenticeship offers the chance to accumulate a diverse set of skills and gain the experience and knowledge needed to progress within our organisation. Level 2 Telecoms Field Operative apprenticeship while earning salary of £26,500 , rising to £29,000 upon completion. Regional Bonus Scheme after a qualifying period. 25 days holiday, increasing to 28 days after 5 years, plus your birthday off.
