Bluecell Recycling Pty Ltd – Laverton North VIC About Us Bluecell Recycling is a fast‑growing resource recovery business with operations in Queensland, South Australia, and most recently Laverton North, Victoria, following our acquisition of a licensed end‑of‑life battery recycling facility. All our facilities are fully licensed and operate to the highest environmental and safety standards, committed to protecting the environment and advancing the circular economy. We collect and process end‑of‑life batteries to recover valuable resources that are reused in the manufacturing of new batteries — reducing hazardous waste, creating local jobs, and contributing to a cleaner, more sustainable future. After four years of building strong foundations, establishing operating operations, and refining our processes, we are entering an exciting growth phase. We are now looking for motivated individuals to join our team and help drive our vision forward. About the Role As a Process Worker, you will play a key role in our operations and contribute to our great team culture. This is a hands‑on role involving: Loading and unloading materials Process monitoring Sorting, packing, and shifting materials Cleaning and maintaining plant and equipment No prior experience is required — just a great attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn. Full training and PPE will be provided. What We Offer $40 per hour + super 10‑hour shifts, Monday to Friday (7:00 am – 5:00 pm) Regular overtime available on Saturdays Incentive scheme to reward achievement of company goals Opportunity to progress to a full‑time role after 6‑month probation Full training and PPE supplied — no experience required Modern amenities: kitchen, washroom, and free laundry facilities Free on‑site parking What You Bring Reliable, with a positive ‘can‑do’ attitude and strong attendance record Willingness to be a team player and support your colleagues Physically fit to meet the demands of the role Safety‑focused, with a commitment to following procedures and policies Willing to provide feedback to help improve safety and operations Active participation in toolbox talks and safety consultations Eligible to work in Australia with no visa restrictions A forklift licence is desirable but not essential.
