Join to apply for the Office Manager role at Pure Source Recruitment In this high performing environment, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth running of this office, whilst also support the State General Manager. You will be at the heart of operations, managing everything from day-to-day office functions, to key projects and ensuring the team have the tools and environment they need to thrive. Key responsibilities and duties Provide executive administrative support to the State General Manager and branch leadership team Coordinate branch projects, staff onboarding, initiatives, and training requirements Assist with monthly management reports, board presentations, and staff briefings Manage reception functions and ensure excellent service for internal and external stakeholders Ensure office and staff amenities are of a professional and corporate standard Liaise with landlords, contractors, and service providers to resolve property management issues Negotiate and manage site maintenance contracts, office equipment, and furniture Manage car parking allocations and assist with office relocations or refurbishments Plan and coordinate branch events, corporate and sponsored events, and maintain the marketing and events calendar Oversee WHS, Fire Warden, and First Aid responsibilities, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards Skills, Experience and Qualities required Proven experience in office and operational management, including facilities and administrative team oversight The willingness to work full time in the office - this is not a hybrid role You have high standards and like everything to be 'just right' You portray a high degree of professionalism, warmth and like to exceed the expectations of others Executive support experience, including calendar management and report preparation Event coordination or management experience Strong administrative, organisational, and time management skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and attention to detail Benefits and Culture You’ll be joining a values-driven, professional organisation where your work has a tangible impact on the efficiency and wellbeing of the team.
