As we enter our next growth phase, we’re looking for a motivated Junior Mortgage Broker to join our team. About the Role: As a Junior Broker with BID Capital, you will: Work closely with our senior team (including a GM with 30+ years’ banking experience and an award‑winning senior broker). Manage client relationships across first home buyers, refinancers, investors, and self‑employed clients. Convert warm leads and develop your own referral networks. Leverage the support of our Credit Analyst and Client Services Manager, so you can focus on client engagement and business growth. Receive ongoing training and mentoring to accelerate your career toward becoming a Senior Broker. What We’re Looking For: Minimum 2 years’ experience in bank lending, credit, or mortgage broking. Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking or willingness to obtain it. MFAA or FBAA current accreditation. Strong understanding of residential lending products and policies. Client‑first mindset, with excellent communication and relationship‑building skills. Proactive, motivated, and eager to grow your client base. Why Join BID Capital?
