Paralegal

Assisting a senior professional preparing regulatory and insurance submissions in both Australia and the United States. This is a contract position focused on document handling, notarizations, and administrative follow-through relating to cross-border financial and legal matters. Key Responsibilities Organise and manage legal and evidentiary documents (physical and digital) Coordinate notarizations and certified copies in NSW Handle correspondence with Australian regulators and professional bodies Maintain filing systems, transmission logs, and checklists Liaise with Australian service providers and law firms as instructed Prepare and format Word/PDF templates and cover letters Assist with scheduling, printing, and binding of submission packages Ideal Candidate Paralegal or legal-administrative background (1–5 years’ experience) Strong attention to detail, reliability, and confidentiality Comfortable working under light supervision with clear written instructions Experience with cross-border or professional-indemnity matters valued but not essential Located in NSW with access to notary services (Sydney/Northern Beaches preferred) Contract Terms Short-term contract, approx. 6–8 weeks, with potential extension Flexible hours (part-time or project-based) Pay negotiable based on experience and reliability Application Please send a brief cover note and CV outlining relevant experience and earliest start date. #J-18808-Ljbffr
