About the role In this newly-created role, you will assist in the design, implementation and ongoing development of Cbus’ cloud-based Knowledge Management platform. You will collaborate with stakeholders across all levels in our Member and Employer Experience business unit to build and deliver a single source of truth for all our front line and operational teams, with the objective of ensuring a consistent and seamless member experience. Accountabilities and Responsibilities Architecture design of the Knowledge Management solution in accordance with information design principles Collaborating with Subject Matter Experts to create clear, concise Knowledge Management content and artefacts Ensuring content complies with legislative, regulatory and business requirements Engaging with stakeholders across the business unit to increase understanding of correct utilisation of the platform and maximise adoption Managing the ongoing pipeline content requests driven from various stakeholder/business units to ensure content is purposeful and accurate Ensuring knowledge content is accurate and current through the completion of regular review cycles Experience and Qualifications You’ll bring: Previous experience in implementation of a Knowledge Management platform combined with a deep understanding of Knowledge Management technology Experience in a highly regulated industry. Superannuation is ideal, but financial services / Health Insurance / Banking / Government would also be well regarded Exceptional attention to detail and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills; the ability to engage people across all levels and manage conflicting priorities Experience in service led design principles would be an advantage If you’re passionate about detail and accuracy in knowledge management and are looking for an opportunity to design, build and implement a platform from the ground up, we look forward to hearing from you.
