Title: Tester Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced ATM Software Tester to join our QA team. In this role, you will be responsible for testing NCR’s ATM software solutions to ensure functionality, reliability, and compliance with industry standards. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and support teams to identify issues and ensure a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for ATM software applications. Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing. Validate software against business and technical requirements. Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Conduct ATM hardware-software interaction testing, including cash dispensing, card reading, and receipt printing. Ensure compliance with EMV, PCI-DSS, and other relevant standards. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Required Skills And Qualifications 3+ years of experience in software testing, preferably in the financial services or ATM domain. Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail). Familiarity with ATM hardware and software components. Knowledge of EMV, PCI compliance, and secure transaction protocols. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and documentation skills.
