Joining a close-knit team, you'll ideally have an interest in mining engineering, software and IoT products; and be rewarded with opportunities to further build your career and development within a global community.CR Digital, part of the global CR group and now the 19000 strong Epiroc group, has a portfolio of leading mining technology products, including:Titan 3330 - the leading payload monitoring system in the mining marketGET.Trakka - the world's leading tooth loss detection technologyThunderbird - drill optimization technologyOur opportunityJoin a high achieving team that is shaping global mining through cutting edge digital technology and collaborative partnerships towards a safer, more productive, and sustainable future.This role provides a high level of technical support (Tier 3) for our CR Digital product range that is engaging, responsive and focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience.What you'll get to do:Provide remote and on-site support for CR Digital products and solutionsRapid problem diagnosis and issue resolution for our customersPlan and conduct regular maintenance and remote support activitiesConfiguration, QA and commissioning of new systems and productsAssist with development and functional requirements of CR Digital ProductsMaintain accurate work records and activity summary reportsCollaborate with Development, Onsite Technicians, Product Management and Sales to resolve critical product issues, develop solutions to minimise cycle time for problem resolution, and make improvements for future releases.Attend sites to provide technical support, training and resolve technical problemsWhat we're looking forDegree qualified in IT, Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronic or Software disciplines) or physical sciencesExperience developing and mentoring technical support teams, and liaising directly with customersSQL database experience and knowledge of computer networks preferablePrevious experience working with mathematical models, data analysis and database interactionsStrong analytical skills with a high attention to detailExcellent interpersonal skills complemented with strong written and verbal communications, customer-service focus and learning mindsetDesire and availability to travel within QLD and WA regionsBeing a member of a team will present you with the opportunity to:Be at the forefront of innovation and technology in the
