We are seeking a detail‑oriented and client‑focused Senior Insurance Administrator to join our growing team within the personal insurance industry. This role is pivotal in supporting our advisors and ensuring a seamless client journey—from application to policy servicing. You’ll be the operational backbone of our advice process, helping us deliver timely, accurate, and high‑quality personal insurance advice to our clients. Key Responsibilities Application Management: Complete and submit insurance applications on behalf of clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance. CRM Data Entry: Maintain and update client records in our CRM system with precision and confidentiality. Insurance Summaries: Prepare clear and concise insurance summaries for client meetings and Statements of Advice. In‑Force Quoting: Generate and compare in‑force policy quotes to support client reviews and recommendations. Underwriting Liaison: Communicate with insurance underwriters to request pre‑assessments and assist in finalising cases, ensuring smooth and timely processing. Qualifications and Skills Ambitious with a genuine desire to learn, grow and succeed. Previous experience in financial services, insurance, or client administration is highly desirable. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Comfortable working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
