Tuckshop Convener – Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Join us as a Tuckshop Convener at the Our Lady of the Sacred Heart School, Thursday Island. The role is a term‑time, part‑time, fixed‑term position beginning 27 January 2026 with an end date of Thursday, 2 April 2025. The salary range is Services Staff Schedule Level 3 – $34.17 to $35.62 gross per hour. About the School Our Lady of the Sacred Heart School is located in the beautiful Torres Straits with campuses on Thursday Island and Hammond Island. The Thursday Island campus caters for Prep to Year 6, while the Hammond Island campus serves Prep to Year 3. We celebrate our remote location and Indigenous culture, and incorporate the faith, life and values of the Torres Strait people into our learning environment. About the Role The Tuckshop Convener will manage all aspects of the school tuckshop, ensuring the provision of high‑quality, freshly prepared food and drinks while delivering excellent customer service.
