The role: Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of IGA Queen Street Village which operates 365 days a year. As Store Manager you will be at the forefront of the business and you'll take pride in delivering a store that is warm and welcoming for our team, customers, and community members. You'll ensure your store is well presented and your team provides excellent customer service all whilst meeting your key KPIs in store such as sales, gross profit, wages, and loss.
