Someone who can look at a plan, spot the flaws and elevate it, without blowing the budget. What You’ll Be Doing Designing and refining terrace homes, duplexes, townhouses and single dwellings Reviewing and adapting plans and facades for buildability, compliance and cost‑efficiency Spotting issues fast and improving designs without compromising quality Optioning plans for investors and home buyers Collaborating with drafting, estimating, and construction teams Working at pace and cranking out quality designs daily What You Bring A sharp design eye and a genuine love for great residential design 5+ years of hands‑on experience in project or volume building A relevant qualification in Building Design or Architectural Drafting Strong Revit skills with a love for clean, buildable plans Strong grasp of building codes, planning rules and compliance standards Self‑driven, adaptable and up for a bit of banter Why You’ll Love Working Here A team that backs you, every step of the way Clear systems, strong leadership and ownership of your work Ongoing training and development A culture built on education, service and integrity Regular team events and a workplace that feels like home Want to Stand Out?
