Sales Associate – Real Estate Experience Required Salary: Negotiated based on experience — with unlimited earning potential At Suburbia Real Estate, we believe in doing things differently. We're now seeking a Sales Associate with previous real estate or property management experience to join our close-knit team. This is the ideal role for someone who has worked in property management, leasing, or as an assistant/associate and is ready to move into a more sales-focused, client-facing position — with strong mentorship and real progression available. You'll work closely with directors Mark and Aaron — drawing on their 45+ years of experience — while being part of a supportive, energetic, and close-knit team. This is a dynamic, rewarding role with plenty of flexibility and genuine opportunities for growth. You'll play a key role in helping plan, communicate and coordinate each campaign with care and creativity. At Suburbia, we believe in creating experiences that are real, rewarding, and all about U. Responsibilities Build and nurture relationships with buyers and sellers Attend client appointments, open homes, valuations and auctions Oversee campaign timelines with strong organisational attention Assist with open home and auction-day coordination Manage buyer follow-up, feedback and client communication Stay across local market trends and new listings Coordinate calendars, appointments and internal meetings Support property maintenance and pre-market preparation Maintain accurate records, reporting and KPI alignment Contribute to a positive, proactive and collaborative team culture What We Are Looking For Previous real estate industry experience is essential — sales, property management or leasing A person with a genuine love for sales, people, and property A current ACT driver's licence and reliable vehicle Strong self-motivation, discipline, and initiative Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Confident in written and verbal communication A polished, professional presentation A positive, can-do attitude and team spirit Why You'll Love It Here A supportive, close-knit team that genuinely enjoys working together Hands-on experience across all stages of a property campaign Flexible working hours that support a healthy work–life balance Unlimited earning potential with generous commission opportunities Provided mentorship with directors Mark and Aaron, benefiting from their combined 45+ years of industry experience.
