About You You are a strategic communicator with a passion for connecting people and ideas. As the Associate Director of Corporate Communications, you lead the development and delivery of clear, engaging, and user-focused communication strategies. You thrive on creating well-planned internal communications, intuitive publications, and digital channels that make information accessible and meaningful. Your work ensures staff, industry partners, and the community stay informed and connected through effective, modern communication solutions. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will lead the department’s internal and corporate communications strategy, ensuring clear, consistent, and impactful messaging across all channels. As well as managing internal communications, you will oversee the planning and delivery of citizen-centric websites and digital platforms, making information accessible and user-friendly. Your work includes developing policies and guidelines to standardise communications, maintaining brand integrity, and aligning content with strategic priorities. You are a member of the Corporate Affairs leadership team and as such will work closely with Departmental Executive staff, you will foster collaboration across teams and government stakeholders, manage high-quality publications, and drive initiatives that strengthen engagement, culture, and community awareness.
