Keiki Early Learning has been providing exceeding care to children in Perth's northern suburbs for 22 years. About the role We are seeking a customer focused 2ic to join our Keiki Mindarie Primary School OSHC and Three Plus Pre-school. This role will partner with the Centre Coordinator, Room Leader and educators to complete the leadership team. The role is a combination of on and off the floor with a high focus on the customer experience, including enrolling new families, managing the waitlist, ensuring service documentation is up to date at all times, communicating with families and other stakeholders and internal audits, as well as working across both our Three Plus Pre-School and OSHC when needed to support the team of educators. Our Ideal Candidate Has the ability to work and liaise effectively with a range of people, both internal and external; Is a problem solver and can think outside the square; Has excellent written and verbal communication skills to be able to deliver top quality customer service to our families; Has the ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and achieve objectives in a time efficient manner; About Us Keiki Mindarie Primary has been part of the Mindarie Primary School and local Mindarie community for 17 years; it is a well-established service with a strong team. Our Three-Plus Pre-School features carefully designed natural environments for children aged 3-5 years and our OSHC service caters for ages 6-12, both services partner closely with the school and the local community.
