Bank Reconciliation Officer

What You'll Do : Reporting to the Bank Reconciliation Team Leader, this role will be responsible for the management and reconciliation of Nutrien Ag Solutions company owned and JV bank accounts. In addition, you will perform : Ensure that transactional data downloaded from the banks to SAP is done so in a timely and accurate manner. Ensure that all bank reconciliation related processes are completed daily as required. This includes items received into the bank account on a daily basis, such as BPAY; Elockbox; Australia Post Billpay and Online Deposits. Complete other daily processes such as customer EFT returned payments and dishonored payments. Assist with the identification and clearance of customer deposits that have come direct into the Nutrien Ag Solutions and JV bank accounts. Complete Nutrien Ag Solutions and JV branch banking processing such as identifying and matching items that cannot be automatically cleared. Reconcile and clear Nutrien Ag Solutions and JV branch general ledger bank GL accounts such as POS, EFT, cash & cheque Clear POS Variance GL and rectify any discrepancies. Assist with network and customer related enquiries. To succeed in this role, you’ll bring : Experience with month-end closing and bank reconciliations is essential, and familiarity with Accounts Receivable and / or Payable will be highly regarded Strong exposure to administration tasks requiring a high attention to detail Experience using an integrated ERP system (ideally SAP) Effective verbal and written communication skills Experience in a fast paced, high-volume transaction environment with strict deadlines General knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook Strong Microsoft Excel skills Are you a good match?
