Bring your exceptional creative skills and your love of fashion to our teams ABOUT YOU Degree / qualification in a relevant field i.e. Visual Merchandising, Fashion Experience in a similar Visual Merchandising role i.e. Support Centre VM, Space Planner role etc Proven experience in a Management role, where you have successfully led and developed a team Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with cross‑functional teams and key stakeholders Proven problem solving abilities to assess options, identify and implement creative, innovative and flexible solutions with the Visual Merchandise remit Experience controlling budgets, with the ability to plan ahead and foresee opportunities Strong organisation, planning and time management skills Proficient ability in Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Office OUR CULTURE To describe COTTON:ON in six words is easy; optimistic, passionate, real, energetic, collaborative and, most importantly, ethical.
