About the role Nestled within the grounds of St John the Baptist Catholic Primary School, our purpose-built Early Learning Centre is a joyful space where curiosity thrives. Our Long Day Care program offers a rich variety of play-based experiences designed to spark imagination, build confidence, and support each child’s unique interests. We’re seeking a passionate Diploma-qualified Educator who understands children’s needs and creates joyful, nurturing spaces where they feel safe, supported, and free to explore. Location: Woy Woy NSW Classification: Part time Award level: CSA 4.1 + Above award rate + Retention + RDO + Paid lunch break + Sign on bonus Days: Monday and Tuesday Hours: Ability to alternate - Long Day Care hours from 7am to 6pm Ideally you will be able to Have an understanding and experience with Early Years Learning Framework Assist the Director / Teacher to plan, implement and evaluate programs Ensure a welcoming, safe, hygienic environment, reflective of best practices Helping with observations and experiences Develop positive and supportive relationships with children and families Form collaborative and positive relationship with colleagues Requirements Current and valid Working With Children Check clearance Diploma in Early Childhood Education Current First aid and CPR certificate Completion of CHCPRT025 ‘Identify & report children & young people at risk’ Why Join CatholicCare?
