We’re a growing multidisciplinary team (psychology, social work, OT, rehabilitation counseling) with strong demand for mental-health-aligned occupational therapy. This role is ideal for clinicians who think deeply, work with intention, and value both skill and integrity in their practice. Not every OT wants to specialise in psychosocial and trauma-informed practice. But the ones who do? They’re looking for a clinical home, not just a job. What You’ll Do You might be an experienced psychosocial OT, or a newer therapist with the right instincts and a hunger to grow in this space. Either way, you’re wired for depth, relational work, and trauma-informed care. You won’t be boxed into a rigid caseload. As we grow, we respond to real customer needs, meaning your week includes a purposeful mix of: Therapy and capacity building Psychosocial disability and mental-health-aligned work Functional assessments (including participation in our developing multidisciplinary FCA model) Collaborative work within an allied health team Support for customers with complex presentations Meaningful clinical reasoning How We Work We’re therapist-owned and therapist-led.
