Introduction and Team you will belong toWe are seeking an experienced Minerals Processing professional to join our Technical Sales Support team specializing in Mill Lining. Please be aware that the travel requirements for this position can be upwards of 50%.

The RoleActing as the mill lining expert in our region; the successful candidate will work with our sales and product development teams to define and deliver technical sales solutions for our clients, with responsibility for:
Leading sales activities for mill lining technologies in the Asia Pacific region with a focus on assisting our customers achieve their operational goals.Supporting our customers through the life of their asset, with installation support, condition monitoring, technical recommendations and troubleshooting.Providing technical advice about the suitability of processing equipment and technologies for our client's purposes.Reviewing operational data and identifying opportunities to improve comminution performance with mill lining or other processing technology solutions.Undertaking new processing equipment and technology research allowing creation of innovative concept designs for mill lining applications.Utilisation of specialist programs for comminution simulation and analysis with training provided.Analysing the market, our competition and industry best practices.Ensuring fulfillment of all QEHS rules and regulations of Metso Outotec and customers.The successful candidate will:Be motivated, driven and have the ability to lead themselves.Hold tertiary qualifications in Metallurgical Engineering, Process Engineering, or Chemical Engineering disciplines with 5+ years' experience in minerals processing.Have previous exposure to operation of minerals processing concentrators including comminution circuits.Display a continuous improvement mindset, actively challenging the status quo.Be able to develop strong and productive working relationships with our customer's process operation teams.Have strong commercial acumen with a customer oriented outlook.Show a high level of communication and customer service skills.Have a strong focus on safety, built on transparent and open communication with the ability to execute high-quality risk observations, hazard reports and implement proactive safety initiatives.Have the ability to travel as required by Motor Vehicle or Commercial or Charter Flights.Hold a current Australian driver's licence.What's in it for youAn inspiring purpose - Enabling sustainable modern life.Wellbeing and safety - Benefit from occupational healthcare, generous benefits plan, healthy living rewards, mental well-being services, on-site gym, bicycle benefits, and engagement surveys.Compensation and rewards - Global incentive program tied to business and performance targets, car benefits, and meal benefits.Hybrid working possibilities - While we are big advocates of meeting and collaborating in person, we believe in fostering a flexible work environment.A thriving culture - We are committed to developing an inclusive culture that enables everyone to do their best and reach their full potential.Extensive learning opportunities - Ongoing growth dialogues, internal mobility, mentoring programs, education assistance, ambitious projects, and global opportunities.Worldwide support - Leverage our network of peers across the world, offering valuable assistance.Get in touchWant to rise above the possible with us?
