About The Role: The department is looking for an experienced APS6 Program Coordinator to lead, design, and deliver national compliance programs that strengthen industry standards and uphold fairness across Australia. In this fast-paced and strategic role, you’ll coordinate multiple projects, analyse outcomes, and influence positive change across diverse sectors. Level/Classification: APS6 Contract Type: Labour Hire Contract Duration: June 30, 2026 + 12 Months extension Location: Canberra, ACT - ONLY Requirements: MUST have a minimum Baseline Clearance Ability and willingness to Undergo Police Check Selection Criteria Response Key Responsibilities: Develop, coordinate, and monitor national compliance programs end-to-end Conduct research and analyse data to identify compliance trends and risks Design and implement risk assessments and mitigation strategies Prepare program proposals, briefs, and evaluation reports for senior management Engage and collaborate with stakeholders, industry bodies, and external partners Track program outcomes, provide insights, and drive continuous improvement Present findings and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders Support team initiatives to deliver excellence in program management and governance What You’ll Bring: Proven experience in program or project coordination within a compliance, regulatory, or government environment Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to influence outcomes Demonstrated capability in stakeholder engagement and relationship management Experience in developing program plans, reports, and evaluations Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail Understanding of risk assessment frameworks and compliance processes Qualifications or experience in project management (desirable) Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (advantageous) "For further information or a confidential conversation about the APS6 Program Coordinator – role, select 'APPLY NOW' or contact Alyanna Ensenado at .
