You will be a valuable addition to our multidisciplinary teams who continue to strive in the improvement and support we offer our consumers and expand our lived experience workforce. Key Responsibilities This role requires lived/living experience as a consumer of mental health services and a good understanding of the recovery process. We are seeking people who are willing to walk alongside consumers in their recovery journeys, sharing your own experiences in a way that inspires hope and possibility. About You To be successful in this role, you will have: A personal lived/living experience of mental health challenges and accessing mental health services. Ability to mutually support consumers in their own recovery; sharing your lived experience to support them to take positive steps towards their own wellbeing. Build an understanding of the effectiveness of the role of lived experience workforces within clinical mental health services. Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to consult, liaise and work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
