Due to continued growth, Monadelphous is looking for 2x Mechanical Supervisors to join the team at our Goldfields Branch. This is a Casual based role, with ongoing Local & DIDO work opportunities within the Goldfields area. The successful candidates will lead teams of Mechanical Crews on various Project works including structural, piping installation, tank refurbishments and asset integrity. The ideal candidate will have prior experience on Goldfields sites. First Nations people and women are encouraged to apply. Description & Requirements Benefits Working with one of Australia's Leading Contractors Immediate start Supportive team environment with continued growth Flexibility of local and DIDO work Casual and ongoing work portfolio Key Responsibilities Supervising Mechanical Teams of Riggers, Boilermakers, Fitters and Trade Assistants Upholding the Monadelphous safety standards Performing supervisory tasks and activities, including the SWAAP process Interpret project technical information and ensure work is performed in accordance with relevant standards and specifications Lead incident investigations, following established procedures and reporting findings Review and sign off on risk assessments and permits for work tasks performed on site Conduct pre‑start briefings in alignment with the information provided on the pre‑start boards to ensure all team members are informed and prepared What you’ll bring 2‑5 years experience in a supervisory role Knowledge of Goldfields clients is desirable Must hold WHS Supervisor Certificate (or have the capacity to obtain one) Proof of right to work in Australia Dedication to the safety, well‑being and future development of your team About the Company Monadelphous is an ASX‑200 company providing multidisciplinary construction, maintenance and industrial services to many of the largest companies in the resources, energy and infrastructure sectors.
