We're looking for skilled, driven individuals to join the Super Hornet and Growler ACEA program to help keep these aircraft mission ready. As an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME), you'll be hands‑on with maintenance, modifications, servicing, inspections, testing and fault‑finding on aircraft systems. You will: Collaborate with the MRO team to ensure efficient task completion. Ensure compliance within the DASR Part 145 Maintenance Organisation Exposition (MOE) regulations. Foster effective communication and coordination with Boeing, customers, and industry teams. Ensure Quality Assurance (QA) procedures, aircraft maintenance/modification operating procedures, and meticulous documentation practices. Embrace a positive attitude towards Environmental Health & Safety, prioritizing the well‑being of all personnel. What you will bring to BDA As an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Engineer, you will have: Certificate IV in Aeroskills (Mechanical) Be an Australian Citizen to meet Defence security requirements. Hold a current driver's licence. Previous experience working with Military aircraft. Hold a CASA or DASA Maintenance Licence. This role may require travel and periods working away from home.
