As a Event Services Assistant Floor Manager , you will drive flawless execution of events of all sizes, leading a dedicated team and ensuring guest satisfaction. Responsibilities Manage the smooth operation of events, from setup to execution, ensuring flawless coordination and timely delivery Lead a dedicated events team, fostering a collaborative and guest‑centric environment Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and exceeding expectations Maintain meticulous attention to detail, ensuring high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and adherence to health and safety regulations Qualifications Proven leadership experience, preferably within an events or conferencing environment Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and stakeholders Demonstrated ability to problem‑solve and the capacity to remain cool under pressure Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by operational demands Current QLD RSA Statement of Attainment About you With your exceptional communication skills and keen eye for detail, you will craft memorable experiences for our guests and lead a diverse team to success.
