We’re currently hiring a Store Manager and a Store Supervisor to lead teams, manage day‑to‑day store operations, and help our stores thrive—making a real difference for the planet, one bargain at a time. Please indicate in your resume or cover letter which position you are applying for. - Store Manager Position - Employment Type: Full-time Hours: 38 hours per week (Mon - Friday) + 3 hours maximum overtime weekly Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily activities: Collaborate with the supervisors and oversee day to day store operations including receiving orders, managing inventory, stacking shelves, customer service, cash register etc. Inventory Control: Conduct stock take across dry/chilled/frozen products regularly and create daily store orders. Staff Roster: Roster a team of 15 to 20 staff across 7 days of operation, and manage time and attendance. Safety and Compliance: Ensure safety regulations are strictly complied within the store. Team Management and training: Mentor, guide, motivate, and train new and existing staff members to optimize store performance and ensure an efficient working environment. Hiring: Hire new staff and conduct interviews to execute seamless store operations. Merchandising: Continuously seek new store layouts and create effective merchandising strategies to optimize store space and maximize sales and profitability. Communication: Maintain clear communication between team members, stores, warehouse, and the office team to ensure an effective work environment and minimize miscommunication. Banking: Manage
