Here’s how you’ll help us bring ideas to life:**Just imagine your future with us…**Our Buildings team is continuing to grow and looking for a Senior Structural Engineer to support across a spectrum of challenging and interesting buildings projects in NSW.We know the work we do is vital in assisting our world’s economic development and, it’s the technical expertise and the depth of knowledge of our people that really sets us apart. Here are the key things you will do to ‘bring ideas to life’.* **Deliver structural designs and manage projects** for buildings across multiple markets, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.* **Collaborate with architects, clients, and other engineers** to develop innovative and practical design solutions.* **Prepare and review drawings, specifications, and technical reports** to support project delivery.* **Undertake structural analysis and modelling** using industry-standard design software.* **Provide high level technical input during project meetings and support construction teams** with design queries and site-related issues.**Support to reach your goals*** Our approach to flexible working, empowering you to find the best way to integrate your role into your life. Learn all the ways you can find your balance* Large, aesthetic, modern and open plan office in North Sydney on Miller St* Collaborative and support company culture, giving you the freedom to succeed.* Invest in your career, with numerous pathways and extensive training and support to follow your passions**What you’ll bring:*** Demonstrated experience in the design and documentation of new building structures, as well as modification of existing building structures to Australian Codes* Ability to take on complex challenges autonomously and to provide solutions to these complex challenges through research* A focus on client & design service excellence, particularly in infrastructure, defence, health, education, airport & data center experience.* The ability to lead the delivery of our projects collaborating both internally and externally with design teams, modellers and stakeholders.* Tertiary qualifications in Civil/Structural Engineering* 6-8 years experience in industry preferableDiversity is at the core of everything we do.
