Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position based in Echuca, VIC, for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, actively engaging with customers to identify their needs, and recommending the best solutions. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, maintaining merchandise presentation, and staying up-to-date with product knowledge. Additional duties may include inventory management, supporting team members, and contributing to a positive customer experience. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build lasting customer relationships. Proven sales experience, with an understanding of sales techniques and the ability to meet or exceed targets. Experience with training, mentoring, or managing teams in a sales environment is advantageous. Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to achieving store goals. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for inventory and merchandise management. A positive attitude, enthusiasm for tools and trade industries, and a willingness to learn.
