Job Description Key Responsibilities Provide individual and group counselling to students. Collaborate with school leadership and staff to foster a supportive environment. Deliver wellbeing programs and mental health initiatives. Support students facing emotional or psychological challenges. Maintain accurate records and participate in supervision and professional development. Work in a values-driven organisation committed to community impact. Flexible work arrangements to support work-life balance. Desired Skills and Experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in counselling, psychology, or social work. Current registration with AHPRA , AASW , ACA , or PACFA . Experience delivering individual and group counselling. Strong communication and consultation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. High level of emotional intelligence and integrity.
