Job Overview The Numeracy Leader and Maths Intervention Specialist will lead, develop and implement a school‑wide Maths intervention program. The role enhances the school culture through clear communication and positive relationships, fostering confident, risk‑taking and reflective learners who strive for excellence. The incumbent partners with the Principal and the School Improvement Team to fulfil the school's vision. Position type: ongoing contracted role (aligned with the POL application process). Time fraction: 0.8 (negotiable). The successful candidate must be a member of St Michael's School Improvement Team. Key Dispositions & Qualities Reflective, resilient, courageous and just.
