Job Summary Northern Star Mining Services is seeking an experienced Underground Shift Supervisor for our Western Australian operations. Reporting to the mine foreman, you will lead underground mining teams, ensuring production targets are met safely on a 7/7 roster. Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead underground mining teams, maintaining productivity and safety standards. Ensure compliance with mine safety regulations and the Mine Safety and Inspection Act. Implement production plans, monitor performance, and drive results. Provide leadership and safety training to crew. Requirements WHS Underground Supervisor Certificate. Knowledge of the Mine Safety and Inspection Act & Regulations. Unencumbered “C” Class manual driver’s licence. Minimum 3 years relevant experience in the mining industry.
