Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and passionate PPF / Vinyl Wrap Installer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience applying high-end paint protection films and vinyl wraps with precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence. You will be working with luxury, exotic, and performance vehicles in a fast-paced, professional environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare vehicle surfaces by washing, decontaminating, and polishing prior to wrap/PPF installation. Install paint protection film (PPF) and vinyl wraps with precision, ensuring clean edges, bubble-free finishes, and perfect alignment. Measure, cut, and apply templates or bulk film to complex surfaces, including bumpers, mirrors, and trims. Remove and reapply wraps or PPF when required, ensuring no damage to original paintwork. Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to safety and quality standards. Work collaboratively with the detailing and finishing team to meet deadlines and customer expectations. Assist in training and mentoring junior installers when required. Report to the Workshop Manager and contribute to continuous improvement of installation processes. Skills & Experience Minimum 2 years’ experience in PPF or vinyl wrap installation (preferred). Strong understanding of automotive paint protection products, including brands like XPEL, STEK, Avery Dennison, 3M, etc. High attention to detail with a passion for perfection. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently. Comfortable working with heat guns, cutting tools, plotters, and precision instruments. Valid driver’s license and excellent driving record. Punctual, reliable, and team-oriented attitude. Desirable Qualities Certification in PPF or vinyl installation (STEK, XPEL, Avery Dennison, etc.). Experience working on high-end vehicles (e.g., Porsche, Mercedes-Benz, Lamborghini, Tesla). Familiarity with ceramic coating and paint correction is a plus.
