Why This Role Is Different Admin from home – no need to stay back at the office Flexible scheduling – work with families to find times that suit everyone All your time is paid – shifts include travel, visits, and admin Company car provided – travel from the office to families and back is part of your roster Work phone & tablet supplied – work remotely and stay connected Manageable caseloads – support just 2–3 families at a time Varied, meaningful work – no two days are the same Real professional development – training, mentoring, and growth opportunities What You’ll Be Doing Supporting children, young people, parents, carers, and families in their homes and community Implement evidence‑based interventions – from parenting strategies to life skills coaching Connect families to community, education, and employment resources Work collaboratively with Child Safety, government, and community partners to provide wrap‑around support Maintain documentation and case notes in line with standards and requirements To join our team, you’ll need: A Working with Children Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel locally Flexibility to work across morning, evening, and sleepover shifts Working toward or holding a Certificate IV, Diploma, or Bachelor in Community Services, Youth Work, Social Work, or a related field Experience supporting children, young people, and families, ideally in Family Support, Child Safety, or similar community‑based roles Want to chat about this role?
