We’re a busy Settlement Agency looking for an enthusiastic, reliable Administration Assistant to join our close knit team. This role is perfect for someone organised, eager to learn and interested in career progression . Key Responsibilities General office support (filing, data entry, scanning, mail) Assisting settlement agents with document preparation and client correspondence Updating client and property details in our system Liaising with agents and clients as needed Helping keep the office organised and running smoothly Assisting other team members where needed Skills & Attributes Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Confident communication and a professional phone manner Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, data entry) Good typing skills and comfortable navigating systems Positive attitude and willingness to learn Fast learner with good general computer knowledge Works well in a close team environment Previous office experience is essential (phones, emails, admin) Experience in settlements is not required What We Offer Supportive, friendly team environment On-the-job training and long-term career development Convenient Morley location across from the Galleria 3 days per week (Monday–Wednesday) Flexible hours considered for the right candidate I will be looking to interview mid December for a mid January start.
