ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Stock Person – Inventory Control to join our Sydney Downtown team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role ensures accurate stock management of all inbound and outbound deliveries, supporting smooth retail operations and maintaining high standards of organisation in all back-of-house areas. YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE Receiving, checking, and accurately recording all inbound and outbound stock Managing discrepancies and communicating promptly with Store Management and third-party logistics. Maintaining tidy and organised storerooms and stock areas Completing all delivery and stock-related documentation accurately and on time Price ticketing, stock transfers, and goods returns Supporting stock compliance, security, and safety procedures ABOUT YOU Experience in stock handling, warehouse, or storeroom operations Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to manage competing priorities and work as part of a team Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, stock systems experience an advantage) Previous retail experience highly regarded WHY JOIN LOTTE DUTY FREE Uniform provided Work-life balance and supportive culture Employee Assistance Program and health initiatives Career development and long-term growth opportunities DETAILS OF THE ROLE Location: Sydney Downtown Store Part-Time position 48 hours’ fortnightly Shift times:13:00 - 18:00 or 14:00 - 21:00 Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and public holidays Flexibility with hours of work is important as our stores are open for long periods It is essential to have your own form of reliable transport due to the early/late hours of work.
