The Opportunity As an Associate or Senior Associate within the Commercial Litigation team, you will: • Manage a broad range of commercial disputes across diverse industries. • Work closely with experienced partners and senior practitioners on both complex and mid-sized matters. • Run files autonomously while contributing to strategic litigation planning. • Build and maintain strong relationships with a loyal and expanding client base. • Contribute to the continued growth and development of the Gold Coast practice. For Senior Associate candidates , there is a clear Partner Pathway , providing structured development, mentorship, and the opportunity to progress into a Partner role in the future. This role offers genuine opportunities for progression, exposure to sophisticated work, and the support of a collaborative and high-performing national team. About You To be successful in this role, you will ideally have: • 3–8+ years PAE in commercial litigation or disputes. • Strong technical capability in litigation, including drafting, advising, and advocacy-related work. • Proven experience running files and working directly with clients. • A commercial mindset and the ability to deliver practical, outcome-focused advice. • A collaborative working style and commitment to high professional standards. • Ambition to grow into a leadership role (particularly for Senior Associate candidates interested in the Partner Pathway). • Australian work rights are required for this position.
