Join to apply for the Cash Management & AR Team Leader role at MYER Melbourne, Victoria, Australia Salary: $130,000 – $160,000 Myer is looking for a Cash Management & Accounts Receivable Team Leader to oversee a team of three, ensuring accurate and timely bank and settlement reconciliations. The team leader will maintain the integrity of the general ledger, focusing on cash and tender receipts, and work closely with stakeholders including business, store operations, and customer services during the transition of Apparel Brands business, implementing continuous process improvements. Responsibilities Manage the investigation and reconciliation of daily settlements for stores and online operations in Australia and New Zealand, resolving any identified variance in a timely manner. Manage invoicing and reporting to tender partners. Attend to enquiries with stores and customer services regarding settlement information, including retrieval and chargeback. Preparation and, where appropriate, review of daily General Ledger reconciliations related to banks, settlements & clearing. Actively identify and implement process and efficiency improvements. Ensure the team completes month‑end activities. Process customer refunds with the team. Assist Business and Finance teams with settlement‑related information. Apply correct accounting procedures in collaboration with Business and Finance teams. Review new business initiatives, assess potential settlement impact, and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Provide assistance for internal and external audits. Manage and develop a small team to achieve operational excellence. Streamline processes during the transition of Apparel Brands into Myer. Perform ad hoc duties as required. About you Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position. High attention to detail. Experience using NetSuite or a large financial system. Intermediate Excel skills. Proactive involvement in business process improvements and strong troubleshooting/problem‑solving ability. Ability to build positive working relationships.
