As Senior Delivery Lead, you’ll orchestrate the delivery of multiple platforms and integrations, turning strategy into shipped capability. This is an opportunity where you will play a pivotal part in contributing to the future of legal service experiences through The Foundry – Maurice Blackburn's dedicated innovation division. You’ll report to the Chief Growth Officer, and collaborate closely with the Head of Engineering, Product Lead, Digital & Technology, Legal Practice Groups, Marketing, Client Support… to name a few. Expect high visibility, real accountability and broad influence across the organisation. What you’ll do Own end to end delivery of new technical platforms, integrating best of breed SaaS with custom services and existing firm systems. Create planning and governance clarity; cadences, dashboards, reporting rhythms, so every stakeholder has visibility of milestones, risks and dependencies. Lead cross-functional teams through complex implementations to production go‑live, managing cutover and change. Partner with vendors and implementation partners, holding them to commitments, quality standards and timelines. Unblock delivery; identify issues early, elevate thoughtfully and drive practical solutions. Engage technically to understand architectures, APIs, data flows and integration patterns, translating for non‑technical stakeholders when needed. What you’ll bring Proven delivery leadership landing complex platform implementations in production. Outstanding stakeholder management; able to influence without formal authority. Calm, practical problem solving in ambiguous environments. Vendor management experience (SaaS, system integrators). Technical curiosity and fluency in concepts like APIs, architecture and integration patterns. Strong communication tailored to diverse audiences. Experience with agile delivery; legal/professional services or AI/modern tech exposure is a plus.
