The Role The goal of the Geotechnical Customer Success Manager (CSM) is to ensure their customers are satisfied, their expectations are being met or exceeded, and they are maximising the value of their investment in Seequent products and solutions. Working closely with customers in the Civil and Environmental sectors you will be responsible for developing and maintaining positive customer relationships that promote growth through increased product usage, user retention and loyalty. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Drive growth and retention within existing customer accounts by understanding their business needs and providing relevant solutions, including planning and executing strategic plans within the accounts Act as the first point of contact with assigned customers, coordinating onboarding, training, administration, licensing and support of users Provide account insights through the collation and analysis of customer usage and sentiment data, published into a regular quarterly business review Advocate for your accounts internally, educating them on products, maintaining lasting relationships, driving retention, and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities Qualifications and experience Demonstrable experience in a Technical (Geotechnical), Pre-sales, Account Management or similar role Experience working with geotechnical solutions is advantageous, as is experience with clients in the Civil or Environmental sectors Experience working with and managing stakeholders and customers in a software environment would be beneficial Our commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion We champion the uniqueness of each individual.
