Branch Manager

A rare leadership opportunity has become available to take the helm of Penske's Perth (Hazlemere) branch. With approximately 165 people working from a large and diverse branch, we're looking for a dynamic, forward‑thinking leader who's ready to make an impact – driving operational excellence, inspiring a talented team, and continuing to strengthen Penske's reputation as a market leader in Western Australia. In this role you will: Foster a safe, high‑performing, and engaged workplace that reflects Penske's values. Drive the branch to achieve and exceed sales, profitability, expense, stock, and debtor targets. Coach, develop, and inspire your team to achieve branch goals and grow their careers with Penske. Build and maintain strong customer relationships across the On‑ and Off‑Highway markets, with a focus on sales growth. Implement strategies to elevate the customer experience and strengthen brand loyalty. Identify and deliver operational improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and performance. About you: Proven experience in operational leadership, ideally within a service or industrial environment. Relevant technical or business qualifications (preferred) and a strong commercial acumen. Exceptional people leadership skills with the ability to engage, motivate, and develop teams. Results‑driven with a track record of achieving business growth and exceeding targets. Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities with a customer‑first mindset. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
