Facade Foreman

Highly reputable and fast growing multi residential builder/developer with several landmark projects under their belt and an ongoing pipeline iconic projects to come. About the role As a Facade Foreman, you will play a pivotal role in supervising and coordinating all external facade works on multi-residential projects across the Gold Coast, Queensland, ensuring high-quality installation, compliance with specifications and adherance to safety requirements. This newly created, full-time position will oversee facade trades, manage subcontractors and ensure timely delivery of all external building elements. What you’ll be doing Plan, coordinate and supervise all facade-related works, including cladding, glazing, rendering and waterproofing. Ensure facade works meet design specifications, engineering requirements and Australian Standards. Manage and direct subcontractors to achieve project quality, safety and program objectives. Conduct regular inspections to verify compliance with quality and safety requirements. Monitor progress against construction schedules and address potential delays. Liaise with Site Manager, Project Manager and Design to resolve any facade issues. Oversee delivery, storage and installation of facade materials, ensuring quality and minimal waste. Ensure compliance with fire safety and weatherproofing standards. Maintain accurate site records, inspections repot and quality checklists. What we’re looking for Minimum 5 years experience as a Facade Foreman or similar supervisory role, within multi-residential or commercial construction. Excellent knowledge of facade systems, materials and installation methods. Strong understanding of building envelope performance requirements, including waterproofing and fire compliance. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple trades and priorities. Strong leadership and communication skills. High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Current QLD General Construction Induction Card (white card). High risk work licence (desirable). Working at Heights and Elevated Work Platform (EWP) tickets (mandatory). Certificate 4 or Diploma in Workplace Health and Safety (desirable).
