Job Summary Gateway Survey & Planning is looking for a full-time Licensed Cadastral Surveyor based in Wynnum, Brisbane . This critical role reports directly to the Gateway Survey & Planning Manager and involves overseeing cadastral work, client interaction, and mentoring junior surveyors. Responsibilities Providing professional advice to clients and preparing quotations Organising and allocating survey and drafting work efficiently Certifying cadastral work and signing plans Conducting quality assurance and ensuring WHS and QA compliance Mentoring and supervising surveyors and assistants Performing both field and office cadastral work Participating in systems training and process improvement Maintaining survey equipment and ensuring calibration Providing feedback on staff performance and development Qualifications Cadastral Endorsement with the Surveyors Board of Queensland and substantial experience in cadastral surveying Strong working knowledge of relevant survey legislation and standards Proven use of surveying software and modern field equipment A current driver’s licence and White Card Confidence in client engagement and project estimation Familiarity with Queensland’s land regulations and systems Please note: This role strictly requires current registration as a Licensed Cadastral Surveyor with the Surveyors Board of Queensland. Candidates not holding this registration will not be considered.
