About the Role Drive Impact. Ensure Excellence. Join ALPA as a Quality Assurance & Compliance Officer and play a key role in shaping positive outcomes for First Nations communities. In this role, your expertise will track progress and showcase achievements against key national benchmarks – helping turn data into meaningful change. Key Responsibilities Provide the ALPA Remote Australia Employment Service (RAES) sites with the required reporting tools to increase performance aligned with NIAA KPI’s outlined in the funding agreement. Report site performance weekly to the Performance Support Manager. Work closely with site teams to implement new processes to improve performance. Undertake site audits as per the requirements set out with the Performance Support Manager. Provide online training to staff on contract obligations and program requirements. Maintain spreadsheets and formal documentation of all RAES activities. Support sites through all processes required to achieve high performance. Hold responsibility for ensuring ALPA’s bi‑yearly Provider Performance Reviews represent the high performance of the business. About You Relevant experience and qualifications in employment services, health, human, social or community services. Tertiary education in Administration, Compliance or similar. Strong relationship building and communication skills. A strategic thinker with strong attention to detail and a result‑oriented drive to achieve KPIs. Ability to develop strong networks. Ability to work autonomously to achieve targets. Flexible, dynamic and a team player. Why Join ALPA? Option to salary package. 5 weeks annual leave + 17.5% leave loading.
