About The Position We’re inviting expressions of interest from dedicated General Practitioners to join our growing team, working on-site across aged care facilities in Frankston and the surrounding region. This is a rewarding opportunity to enhance the wellbeing of older Australians while enjoying the relaxed coastal lifestyle and natural beauty of the Mornington Peninsula - just a short drive from Melbourne. What We Offer Attractive Daily Rate: Earn up to $2,000 per day for an 8-hour workday. Support at Every Step: Collaborate with a dedicated team of nurses, telehealth geriatricians, physicians, and experienced admin staff. Quality Over Quantity: Manage a caseload of around 25 patients per day, focusing on delivering genuine, person-centred care. Your Schedule, Your Choice: Enjoy flexibility to choose the days that suit you. Room to Grow: Tailored for GPs interested in aged care, with clear pathways for long-term professional development in an expanding organisation. What We’re Looking For AHPRA Registration: General or Specialist registration (no conditions). Fellowship: RACGP or ACRRM Fellowship required. Tech-Ready: Comfortable with system-based reporting and familiar with common clinical software. Equipment: Must have access to a personal laptop. Non VR GP's If you are close to completing your RACGP or FACRRM Fellowship, we welcome your application. Daily rate: $1,700–$1,800 (based on experience and availability).
