Assistant Cafe Manager, Melbourne Airport Delaware North Australia is seeking a full-time Assistant Cafe Manager to join our vibrant Rustica & Little Italy venues at Melbourne Airport. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll support the Restaurant Manager in driving daily operations, leading a high-energy team, and elevating service standards. The opportunity In this role, you will assist in managing day-to-day café and restaurant operations with a focus on efficiency and guest satisfaction, champion exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere for all guests, drive financial performance through budget management, stock control and labour oversight, ensure compliance with OH&S and food safety standards, lead, train and motivate a diverse team to consistently exceed expectations, and promote and celebrate our food and beverage offering, ensuring staff are knowledgeable and guests are engaged.
