Stoddart Group are a leading supplier and installer of products to the residential building industry. A leader in what we do, Stoddart are the often unseen but ever‑present backbone of the construction of a new home. This role is part of our Residential Building Products division and works closely with our amazing builders to ensure we’re an efficient and valuable part of their build. We are looking for a motivated and skilled Product Installer, who is proactive, safety conscious and able to follow direction. This position will assist with the installation of internal linings to new home builds and will support and service our busy Truganina hub. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in establishing works and servicing the region under the guidance of our Site Supervisors and Regional Manager. As a strong Product Installer for our Linings division, you must be able to complete multiple tasks with varying levels of priority in a high‑pressure environment. Duties of the role include (but certainly are not limited to): Installation of linings products on site in accordance with quality and compliance standards Identify and rectify installation issues as reported and in a timely manner Finishing works and follow up maintenance works Battening and laser battening In house warranty works Appropriate management of site documentation Liaising with internal and external stakeholders on project‑related matters Comply with Stoddart Group Workplace Health and Safety Guidelines and Practices Qualifications and skills required: Extensive experience in linings installation High level attention to detail Positive attitude with a strong work ethic Exceptional time management and organisational skills General Construction Induction Card (White Card) Must be willing to undergo Pre‑Employment Medical prior to commencement What's on Offer: Fully maintained company vehicle as a tool‑of‑trade Minimal overtime A chance to take ownership of your role and bring enthusiasm to a growing organisation Ability to work construction hours to suit your lifestyle Dynamic team culture where you can contribute to delivering great results for our customers Employee benefits platform with discounts on restaurants, electronics, gym memberships and more Employee Assistance Program for all staff and immediate family members The team are eager to welcome a new team member who is ready to hit the ground running as soon as possible.
