Nursing Unit Manager (NUM) – Paediatric Unit Employment Type: Temporary Part Time (up to 52 weeks) – Hours per week: 20hrs – Remuneration: $137,104.41 per annum, pro rata – Requisition ID: REQ Overview Grafton Base Hospital is seeking a Nursing Unit Manager (NUM) for efficient management of nursing and other relevant staff under their delegation and coordinating the provision of nursing care in the Paediatric Unit. Responsibilities Lead nursing staff and ensure effective liaison between all health professionals. Coordinate nursing care provision in the Paediatric Unit. Responsible for environmental and workplace health and safety management. Engage and lead clinician staff in safety and quality improvement initiatives.
