Through your leadership, you’ll create a supportive, high-performing environment where staff are empowered to succeed and deliver meaningful outcomes for participants. Lead & Inspire: Provide clear direction and motivation to a team of Employment Consultants, ensuring they deliver exceptional services to job seekers and employers. Drive Performance: Champion performance by guiding your team to consistently achieve targets in a fast-paced, outcome-driven environment. Build Culture: Create an environment of accountability, coaching, and continuous improvement through regular feedback and development. Manage Complexity: Balance service delivery, stakeholder engagement, and competing priorities while maintaining quality and compliance. What You Bring Proven leadership: A track record of leading diverse teams in fast-paced, performance-driven environments. Person-Centred Approach: Ability to guide teams in delivering personalised, strengths-based services that achieve meaningful outcomes and measurable results. Strong Coach & Communicator: Skilled at motivating and developing others through clear communication, constructive feedback, and effective coaching. Operational Excellence: Confident decision-making and problem-solving skills, ensuring high quality, compliant service delivery aligned with program standards. Pre‑Requisites: Full work rights in Australia, with the ability to obtain a National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
