Plascorp is one of Australia's leading privately-owned Manufacturing and Distribution companies. We specialise in Industrial Ducting, Mine Ventilation, PVC Pipe and Steel re‑enforcing solutions. We are seeking a Maintenance Fitter to join our team at the Bassendean site. In this role, you will be responsible for all mechanical maintenance on site. Our manufacturing team operates continuously, twenty‑four hours a day, from Monday to Friday. We currently have one vacancy available for the day shift. About the role Hands‑on preventative maintenance, repairs, refurbishments, and maintenance planning. Ensure the availability, reliability, and capability of the plant assets. Be actively involved with inspections and undertake rebuild or repair. Monitor, follow up and address issues associated with the implementation and progress of planned and unplanned maintenance tasks. Conduct pre‑start checks on all equipment to ensure safety and quality standards are met. Operating machinery. About you Strong safety‑first mindset in everything that you do. Experience working in a similar role. Minimum 1–2 years of maintenance fitter and turner experience is required. Australian work rights are mandatory for this position. Working at Heights Certificate (advantageous but not essential). We are seeking candidates who are flexible and willing to contribute to our team's success.
